That Magenta Dress Though

Happy Friday!  I feel like the holidays are starting this weekend {the prep anyway which leads into it all}.  Time to get the house organized, the grocery list made, and the guest room all cozy for our grandma and grandpa. The kids only have two days of school next week, so our festivities start on Wednesday when we welcome our guests!  It’s such an exciting time isn’t it?  Our weekend will be spent doing all things prep, which I actually do enjoy.

I also enjoy browsing websites seeing the latest fashions {no surprise there, right?}. I came across this beautiful magenta dress and thought I had to give it a try. You know I am not the most colorful dresser, but this color seemed like something I could handle.  It’s almost like a cranberry color, just lovely for the holiday season without being bright red.

This beauty would be perfect for the working woman, as it is so comfortable, it has a little stretch to it creating a comfortable fit through the shoulders. Lets talk about this hem.  It’s amazing!  So flowy, perfectly uneven and creates the unique style of the dress. No, I don’t have anywhere particular I am going to wear this dress but I am thinking it may be my Christmas Eve church dress.  It would also be perfect for any holiday work events or a Sunday brunch. The fabric is light and will work perfect for three seasons. It’s a piece that will make a nice addition to my wardrobe for the times I need a pop of color, and a more conservative look. I hope you like it as much as I do.
