Monday Montage

Are we all feeling a little more upbeat and happy these days? Between spring coming and the pandemic heading in the right direction, I sense a lot of positivity and goodness right now. I love the smiles I’m seeing on people’s faces when I’m out and about.

We really took Saturday, which was such a beautiful day here, to soak it in and ENJOY the day. We tuned up the kids’ bikes {realized they’ve grown like crazy as we see how big they are on them now}, sat outside for a happy hour, and are dreaming of the day we have grass in our yard (life of a new house!).

For some reason, polka-dots just say spring to me. This top {pictured above} has all my fave elements – puff sleeves, neutral colors, and whimsical polka dots. I know this will be on repeat!

On Saturday night we watched the movie, The Kissing Booth. I REALLY enjoyed it. It was light-hearted, funny, a good love story kind of movie. It was just what I was looking for (not sure John would say the same, but I think it brought him back to his high school football glory days a bit 🙂 ).

On a quick Target run, I saw this plant and really liked it! I LOVE an olive tree and thought this was the perfect {smaller} size. I like the vase and rustic look of it overall. It could go anywhere from an entry table, bedroom, to the kitchen counter. Bringing this guy home, led to a little spring kitchen refresh and I am loving the way it feels right now.
