Last week was our first week of summer vacation. Organized activities for the kids hadn’t started yet so I was trying to find activities each day to keep us busy. Let’s just say, I was exhausted. We’ve had unseasonably hot weather and it was tricky to find things to do. One thing I wasn’t going to pass up was picking strawberries (which came early this year)! It was hot and humid; the kids thought it was fun for about 15-20 minutes. They sat in the grass while I finished our row. The picking was easy and we got a LOT of strawberries in a quick amount of time. I love to make a few treats, freeze some, and enjoy some for snacking. This year I tired something new – a cocktail and it was refreshing!

- Here is the recipe for the Strawberry Gin Crush. It was refreshing and not sweet (despite the small amount of sugar in it).
- Father’s Day is quickly approaching!! Here is my Father’s Day Gift Guide! Hope this helps generate some ideas. Dad’s are always tricky to buy for!

- I have been working on a roundup of easy sandals to share with you. By far a favorite option is Tkees! I have worn them for years and even have bought my daughter a pair! They do run small – size up one whole size. They are classy, sophisticated, elegant, and comfortable. This link will get you 10% off your purchase automatically or use code SARAH10 at checkout! You’ll have your Tkees for years!
As always, thank you so much for reading and make it a great Monday!
