Classic and timeless pieces to add to your closet

Maybe you are sick of shopping…but this really is a great time to look at items you’ve been lusting over to see if they are on sale. As you know, I keep my wardrobe pretty classic and basic. These are some items worth considering that I categorize as capsule {or classic/timeless} items that you can wear many different ways. For these sale prices, you will most definitely get your money’s worth.
Free People Sweater
You may be sick of seeing this sweater from me, but it’s one of the most popular items I have featured for the last two winters. It’s a fantastic basic sweater, washes well and has a cozy thick turtleneck. It’s currently 40% off and it will not get lower than this with sized stocked. Make sure to check this out! Runs large, size down one size.
Snakeskin Booties
If you are reading this and have wanted to jump on the snakeskin bootie trend, THESE booties are it! I love the wood heel, the zipper detail on both sides, and the pointed toe. They are currently $80 {reg. $170}!!! This will be in style next season.
Faux Fur Black Coat
Is a new coat on your radar? One you can wear to work, out to dinner, or just running errands? I’ve thrown on this coat for all of these occasions and it has not disappointed. Anytime anyone touches it, they are instantly in love. It’s so soft and it looks a lot more than what you will pay for it {around $90 right now}.
Faux Leather Jacket
A black leather jacket it a closet must-have. I have had mine for three years and it’s something I pull out when I don’t know what to wear. While my exact jacket is not on sale, this is a great alternative for under $60. I love the gold hardware.
Black Suede Booties
These booties are definitely the new and updated styles for boots at the moment. This higher bootie made a debut this season and I have a feeling it will be sticking around. They look great casual with jeans or I love the way they look with a dress or skirt. For $55 this is a great addition to your closet.

I am not a person to buy items just because they are on sale. I have learned my lesson after many closet cleanouts those are the items I tend to not wear and would find myself getting rid of. It’s not a “deal” if you’re not going to wear it. All of these items are classic pieces to consider that can be mixed and matched and worn in many different ways.
As always, thank you so much for reading and make it a great day!
