How was your weekend? Ours was so boring and so relaxing. It was perfect. It was nice to get caught up on things around the house, like preparing for hibernation {or winter}. You know those fun things like putting the bikes up in the garage, bringing the hoses in? So fun, I know! It feels good to have it done though. We were supposed to have our family photos on Sunday evening, but the weather was not cooperative so we re-scheduled for next Sunday. Let’s hope for some decent weather next weekend! We’ve re-scheduled two times already! Speaking of photos, wouldn’t this skirt be amazing for photos?
This skirt is gorgeous. I can’t even tell you how it glistens in the light. The golden velvet is perfection. Currently, the pleated midi is my go-to style of skirt. This is my fourth one. I have collected them over the years and wear them frequently. There are so many ways to wear this comfortable, moveable, flowy skirt. You can easily dress it up or down. Think of adding tall boots, a casual bootie, a jean jacket, button up chambray shirt, or a moto jacket – endless possibilities.
Let’s talk about the price point of this skirt. Can you BELIVE this skirt is from Target? It currently is NOT for sale online, but it is A New Day brand, so make sure to check your local Target if you are interested in this gem. I will keep checking it’s availability online and add it the blog if I can {I always want to make things as easy as possible for you to shop}. The price on this beauty is $27.99! Truly a steal for how rich it looks and for how much wear you can get out of it. I’ll be reaching for this frequently.
