AKA Bishop Sleeve & Balloon Sleeve
It seems silly to dedicate an entire post to a certain type of sleeve, but I just had to! I am so attracted to this feminine, interesting, stylish sleeves that I am seeing EVERYWHERE! I like them on sweaters, knit tops, and blouses. Here a couple of my recent purchases featuring this pretty sleeve as well as some I have been eyeing.
This sleeve has a lot of names, balloon, bishop, puff. Whatever you want to call it, I like them all. These unique sleeves add so much style with little effort. You don’t need to do anything other than put on the top to look trendy, stylish and current. This particular cream sweater is simple in its own way, yet looks so upscale because of the sleeve detail {you guys, it’s only $52!}. See what I mean about the sleeve elevating the look?
Another very simple piece I recently added to my closet was this fine rib puff sleeve turtleneck sweater. Really very basic, but the shoulders with the puff sleeve bring style and interest to this otherwise boring piece. I can’t wait to wear this with everything! It will look great dressed up with skirts too.
