This time of year as we start a new school year I feel the need to organize my entire life. Many feel this way as we start a new calendar year, but for me, it’s the start of school. I’ve been organizing closets, the mudroom, and thinking of ways we can keep organized when hectic schedules resume.
I’m also working on a 40th birthday party for my husband this coming Saturday (no, it’s not a surprise)! I love having a party, but it also brings on a lot of work and prep as you all know! If I’ve seemed a little absent from social media, this is why! I’m trying to soak in the last day of summer with the kids and pull off a party while organizing our life!
- Arguably, one of my favorite pair of jeans is on sale for under $50! All sizes are stocked in regular length. They are so flattering and with the stretch, comfortable! These run true to size.
- I seem to always be on the lookout for great tanks as layering pieces. No, they aren’t the most exciting items to purchase, but necessary for so many outfits. Heading into fall as we wear jackets and sweaters the layering piece becomes essential. I added this ribbed tank top to a recent order and I love it. It’s really stretchy, a little shorter so you aren’t tucking in a lot of material to your pants, and a v-neck makes it great for layering.
- I just ordered these lunch systems for the kids’ school lunch! We’ve never used anything like this so we’re excited to give it a try.
