A frequently asked question I have been getting, “Do you think the world will stay casual and loungewear loving, or will people want to dress up and be more polished as we are coming out of this pandemic?”. From what I can tell, I really think it will be the latter (and already has been). The inquiries for personal style help and wardrobe updates is wayyyy up! We all loved our moment of comfy-cozy leggings, sweats, and oversized tops, but we are ready to put our best foot forward. This idea, along with many messages in wanting help for dress recommendations, had me spend a little time on the topic of spring/summer dresses.
Dresses are hard! So much of your body type goes into finding THE ONE. From length to sleeveless, sleeves, bust size, it’s all very personal. There is A LOT to comb through. I touched on a few different styles below to get your wheels turning if you are shopping for a dress for an occasion.

- Weddings, communions, showers… you need a dress! Here is a roundup of some varying styles. I chose some that have sleeves, sleeveless, a mix of short, midi, and long length. I will continue to be on the lookout for dresses and posting ideas. It’s always hard to find a dress when you are looking for one.

- I picked up a few kitchen accessories recently. This marble napkin holder looks great sitting on a contrasting wooden cutting board and how cute is this copper butter dish? I fell in love with it and it had to come home with me!
- Getting personal here, but when I’m helping style women, we talk a lot about underwear {because it’s a pretty big part of any outfit}. Some client favorites:
- Full coverage brief that stays in place also comes in french Cut.
- If you can’t stand thongs, but sometimes need one, this one feels like nothing
- These non-shapewear shorts are great for under dresses

As always, thank you so much for reading and make it a great Monday!
